Amit Shimoni depicts US presidents, historical figures and even Albert Einstein as modern day hipsters
How do you explore a planet that has a surface hot enough to melt lead? NASA's solution is found in their new High Altitude Venus Operational Concept (HAVOC), a big blimp meant to float around Venus. There are a few benefits to using this method for inner planetary exploration. First, with the technology hovering in the atmosphere, NASA will not have to deal with the difficulties of descent, landing, take-off, and ascent. Next, they will not have to touch the incredibly hot surface of the planet. Finally, HAVOC would provide the opportunity for a long-term astronaut stay. The HAVOC team even claims that with such a heavy atmosphere it has better floating conditions than Earth. Similar to the International Space Station, the astronauts would live and work in the hovering environment which will likely be filled with helium. As of now, NASA has no plans to go to to Venus, but this concept may foreshadow some exciting future missions. ...
